For local and service businesses
Repute sends the request, keeps each review private until you approve it, drafts your replies, and shows your best reviews on your website.
Enquire about ReputeA few good reviews can bring in customers for weeks. One unanswered bad one can send them to a competitor. Yet most owners simply hope.
Repute gives you branded review pages and a simple routine: ask, approve, reply, show.
Customers land on a page with your name and colours, so it feels familiar and more of them finish.
Send a request to one customer or a list, or print a QR code for your counter, receipt or van.
Every review arrives in your inbox. Nothing appears on your website until you approve it.
Every reviewer is also shown a link to post on Google or Facebook. You choose which review sites to offer.
A shareable page of your approved reviews, with your replies, to link in proposals, emails and ads.
Get an email the moment a new review arrives, and invite staff to help manage them.
Customers can record a short video on their phone. Videos are held for your approval like any other review.
Get a draft reply for any review in seconds, plus a summary of what customers praise and what to improve.
Show approved reviews on your site with a line of code, and turn a review into a post image for social media.
Repute helps you collect and present genuine reviews. It cannot hide or remove reviews on Google or Facebook, and it does not try to. Do not offer rewards for reviews; many platforms and regulators forbid it.
Reviews are not a nice-to-have. Three well-known studies point the same way.
5–9%
More revenue per extra star. A Harvard Business School study of restaurants on Yelp found a one-star rise in rating led to 5 to 9 percent more revenue, driven by independent restaurants rather than chains.
270%
A handful of reviews moves buyers. Northwestern University's Spiegel Research Center found a product with five reviews was 270 percent more likely to be bought than one with none, with the effect strongest for higher-priced items.
4%
Almost everyone reads them. In BrightLocal's 2025 US survey, only 4 percent of consumers said they never read online business reviews, and only 7 percent did not expect a reply.
Honest limits: these studies show that reviews matter in general. They do not show what Repute will earn for your business. The Harvard study is US restaurants on Yelp (a working paper dated 2011/2016). The Spiegel study covers online product sales, not local services. The survey is of 1,026 US adults. In the Spiegel study, purchase likelihood peaked at roughly 4.0 to 4.7 stars and fell near 5.0, so an honest mix of reviews beats a handful of perfect ones.
